JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Executive to work with our departmental teams to attract and hire new employees for our company.

This role is responsible for all aspects of the hiring process on recruitment outcomes.

Each of the below recruitment objectives should be viewed from the perspective of hiring the right talent.

Build Talent Pipeline through a passive hiring strategy
Deep International Talent Scouting and Pooling
Fill Current Positions

These are key responsibility areas for this role:
All of the above with adherence to the Hiring Process and full documentation in GoQuest internal ATS.

Who will this role report to?
HR Head

Who Should Apply?
If you are serious about a role in people management then this role for you:

Min 2 years /Max 4 years of total experience.
Experience of head hunting profiles on Linkedin.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) is a must. We are an international team. Strong command of English is a must
