Responsibilities:

Amazon Vendor Central Management:

Oversee and manage all aspects of operations within Amazon Vendor Central.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, shipments, and invoices.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to optimize stock levels.
Implement strategies to improve sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction on Amazon.

FBA Shipment Management:

Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound shipments through Amazon's FBA program.
Optimize shipment processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Amazon's FBA requirements and regulations.

Amazon Logistics:

Coordinate with Amazon logistics services to optimize delivery processes and ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Monitor and track shipments, resolving any delivery issues or delays promptly.

Product Listing Optimization:

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize product listings on Amazon.
Implement SEO strategies, keyword research, and product content enhancements to improve visibility and conversion rates.

Pricing Strategy and Competitor Analysis:

Monitor competitive pricing trends and conduct a thorough analysis to inform pricing strategies.
Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the marketplace.

Promotions and Marketing Campaigns:

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including deals, discounts, and advertising initiatives on Amazon.
Analyse campaign performance and ROI to optimise future marketing efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Proven experience (3 + years) in ecommerce operations, with a focus on Amazon Vendor Central management.
Indepth knowledge and handson experience with FBA shipment management, dispute resolution, chargeback handling, and Amazon logistics.
Familiarity with other ecommerce platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Detailoriented with strong organisational and problemsolving abilities.
EU and UK region experience on Amazon is highly preferred.

Pay:
₹400, ₹700,000.00 per year
