Profile Introduction:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic real estate team.

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression of our agency.

Responsibilities:


  • Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Provide support to real estate agents and brokers as needed.
  • Assist in organizing and executing events and open houses.

Requirements:


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes
is preferred but not required.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is advantageous.

Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
