Business Development Executive (BDE) - Field Sales for Smart Automation Solutions

We are a dynamic team specializing in smart automation solutions, dedicated to transforming residential spaces with cutting-edge technology. Currently, we are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Bengaluru.

Position Overview:


As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through identifying, acquiring, and managing new business opportunities in the residential sector.

Your primary focus will be on field sales, engaging with key decision-makers, architects, builders, and contractors to deliver tailored smart automation solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and prospect potential customers in the residential sector who could benefit from smart automation solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess requirements and pain points, presenting suitable smart automation solutions effectively.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and competitors to identify new market opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1+ years of relevant sales experience, with a total of 2+ years of work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the home automation or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of smart automation technologies, including lighting, security systems, HVAC control, and audio/video integration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, with exceptional problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Sales experience with an electrical background is advantageous.

Skills & Experience Profile:


  • Must-Have_: Growthoriented, Positive Attitude, Excellent Communication, Persistent Followup; Experience in selling technology solutions (Minimum 1 Year).
  • GoodtoHave_: Aggressive Sales Approach, Computer & Internet Knowledge; Experience in Home Automation or Home Theatre industry, Good Written Communication.
  • Cctv cameras ,Fire alarm, Motion sensors, Video door phone, IP camera ,AC Lift, video door phone, Smart lights, Switch controllers and many more
  • Biometric locks/ motion sensors/ video door phone /fire alarm/ smart switches/ motion lights/ wardrobe sensors.

Education Qualification:

B.E, B.Tech, or Engineering degree.

Pay:
₹11, ₹31,471.63 per month
