India's Leading Bank is searching for a driven and motivated Field Sales Officer to join our growing team In this exciting role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets for new customer acquisition across various deposit and loan products.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers within the designated territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable banking solutions.
- Ensure adherence to all KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations while processing customer accounts.
- Contribute to branch profitability through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
- Participate in marketing activities and community events to promote the bank's brand and products.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 14 years of experience in sales, preferably within the BFSI industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
₹200, ₹350,000.00 per year
