India's Leading Bank is searching for a driven and motivated Field Sales Officer to join our growing team In this exciting role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned sales targets for new customer acquisition across various deposit and loan products.
Conduct market research and identify potential customers within the designated territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable banking solutions.
Ensure adherence to all KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations while processing customer accounts.
Contribute to branch profitability through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
Participate in marketing activities and community events to promote the bank's brand and products.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 14 years of experience in sales, preferably within the BFSI industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
