Responsibilities and Duties

-
Should have knowledge into give placement of students in different Production houses for Animation & VFX and also IT companies for Web & Graphics placements:

The Placement Officer would be predominantly responsible for identification of major employers for placement opportunities for Moople Students.
Line up the students according to the companies requirement and associated with the preplacement
Visit the company's Director and HR head for manpower requirement and placement tieup.
Coordinating with the branches regarding placement procedure and placed students.
Maintain the documents related with preplacement and postplacement.
After getting the requirements from client, giving briefing to the students about the opening.
Conduct the job market
Regular coordination with the respective manager and do the student mapping for their respective requirements.
Travel requirements 2 3 time every year for empanelment to place students.

Key Skills

Strong verbal and written Communication Skills
Strong Interpersonal skills; Should demonstrate patience & perseverance
Should have good knowledge and relations with corporates.

Required Experience and Qualifications
Graduate | Post Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in placement of students from skilling/training/educational institute.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
