DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Welcoming Facility Visitors/ Customers during Facility Visits.
  • Handling Residents complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Overseeing Residents, Short term and Long term Stays.
  • Coordinating and multitasking job duties in a busy environment.
  • Should possess detailed information about our Care Services.
  • Detailed information regarding arrivals and room requirements.
  • Have up to date information on daily room occupancy
  • Providing excellent customer service as per Hospitality standards.
  • Greeting Residents and their guardians as they enter and exit the Facility.
  • Converting the direct facility visits Customers to Athulya Residents.

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
