Job Role:
RACW Trainer (Refrigerator, Air Conditioner & Washing Machine)

Salary Budget: 20 k - 35 k

Location:
Hyderabad

Responsible for delivering Training on following:
Refrigeration cycle
Demo, Installation, Preventive Maintenance & Repair of Air Conditioner (Incl. Inverter ACs)
Demo, Installation, Preventive Maintenance & Repair of Refrigerator
Demo, Installation, Preventive Maintenance & Repair of Washing Machine
Demo, Installation, Preventive Maintenance & Repair of Other Small Home Appliances
Technical training
Importance of cleaning customer premises
Comprehend customer's requirement
Handling customer escalation calls
Interact with other employees
Hands on scenario based role plays
Health & Safety at the workplace
Training Data, MIS & Documentation
Good Presentation Skills, Training Delivery Skill, Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy level, Selfmotivated, ability to organize & handle students
Technical knowledge pertaining to job profile, Basic Knowledge about computer i.e. MS office and Internet
