Responsible for seeking necessary approvals for Releasing the Offer Letter
Responsible for Documenting the offer acceptance with DOJ
Responsible for Completing the Joining Formalities
Responsible for Planning and execute the induction plan
Responsible for Driving the recruitment process cost effectively
Responsible for Systemizing & Digitalizing the Recruitment process
Responsible for Employer Branding
Responsible for Reviewing Interview Questionnaire & its Method Periodically
Responsible for Driving Recruitment Consultancy and engage new vendors
Responsible for Maintain the Job portals other Sourcing Channels Cost effective
Responsible for Preparing the Recruitment MIS
Qualification:
MBA with HR Specialization
Experience:
Minimum 7 years in relevant skills set
Technical Skills:
Subject Knowledge, Adherence to the system
Soft Skills:
Learning Skill, Social Awareness, Communication, Commitment
Job Types:

₹450, ₹500,000.00 per year
