Responsibilities:

Patient Care:
- Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients admitted to the ICU.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient conditions, medical history, and response to therapy.
- Perform invasive procedures such as intubation, central line placement, arterial line placement, and thoracentesis as necessary.
- Monitor patients closely, interpret clinical data, and adjust treatment interventions accordingly.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team including nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior medical staff and residents.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment conducive to highquality patient care.
Emergency Response:
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the hospital, including code blue situations and rapid response calls.
- Stabilize and resuscitate critically ill patients in acute distress.
Communication:
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers, providing updates on patient status, prognosis, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with consulting specialists to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Document all clinical encounters, procedures, and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
Education and Research:
- Stay current with advances in critical care medicine through ongoing education, conferences, and professional development activities.
- Contribute to medical research and quality improvement initiatives within the ICU.
- Participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.

Pay:
₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
