Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients admitted to the ICU.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient conditions, medical history, and response to therapy.
Perform invasive procedures such as intubation, central line placement, arterial line placement, and thoracentesis as necessary.
Monitor patients closely, interpret clinical data, and adjust treatment interventions accordingly.

Team Leadership:

Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team including nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Provide guidance and supervision to junior medical staff and residents.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment conducive to highquality patient care.

Emergency Response:

Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the hospital, including code blue situations and rapid response calls.
Stabilize and resuscitate critically ill patients in acute distress.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers, providing updates on patient status, prognosis, and treatment options.
Collaborate with consulting specialists to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Document all clinical encounters, procedures, and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.

Education and Research:

Stay current with advances in critical care medicine through ongoing education, conferences, and professional development activities.
Contribute to medical research and quality improvement initiatives within the ICU.
Participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.

₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
