Location - Vikhroli

Checking draft shipping documents of imports, coordinating with overseas

Supplier, follow up for shipment ETD, ETA.

Coordinate with Export market service team, CHA & freight forwarder for on time placement and on time stuffing of export containers an ensure deadliness are met.
Checking Import checklist with proper tallying in the excel sheet for approval from the seniors with the duty tallying including GST, paying duty, arranging transport for FCL and LCL shipments.
Updating shipment details in SAP program.
Visiting to the customs for any clarification required to the commissioner or appraisal checking shipping documents for imports, L/C documents of Import.
Preparing Daily shipment status report & send to the party on Day to Day basis.

Coordinate with client for any required document for the clearance of consignment.
Looking after PAN India and third party exports shipment i.e documentation, coordination, compliance issue related if any.
