Configuring & Troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop for Managing backup & recovery.
Configuring & Troubleshooting Printers, Scanner, Router & LANrelated connectivity and CCTV issues reported by users.
Installation and Configuring of wireless Data cards in users' Laptops.
Monitoring of virus issues through Trend Micro protection antivirus.
Active Directory (AD DS). DHCP and DNS management.
Manage and resolve customer routine IT complaints.
Handson Experience on Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and Linux administration.
Active Directory, DHCP and DNS management.
Provide network support with a variety of operating systems.
Develop and monitor policies for the use of network resources.
Implement and manage disaster recovery and backup.
Additional certification in Microsoft Azure, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies and MS SQL, MYSQL Knowledge is a plus.
