Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT sales professionals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Foster relationships with clients, prospects, and partners.
  • Streamline sales processes and monitor performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align sales efforts.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field.
  • 2years of successful IT sales experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and emerging trends.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented.

Salary:
₹210, ₹350,000.45 per year
