  • Conduct classroom/online training sessions on the product, process, soft skills and sales
skills

  • Conduct skills gap analysis of trainee to identify areas of improvement
  • Identify training needs and creates customized training programs and inventions around
them

  • Monitoring existing individuals, identifying training need, and organizing refresher training
programs to relaunch individuals back to high performance

  • Content creation (ILT modules, elearning modules, collaterals, learner guide, and
facilitator guides)

  • Responsible to escalate possible new hire attrition and flag poor performance, misfit skills,
or behavioral issues in training promptly

  • Providing resources and assistance through refresher training sessions
  • Determines training needs by auditing counselling sessions, studying sales results and
reports

  • Analyze day to day needs for training in the sales team
  • Develop material required for training
  • Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs
  • Maintain and update records of training material
Required skills:


  • Preferred Qualification
:

Graduate or MBA in Marketing/ Human Resource or its equivalent

  • Ability to manage the full training cycle
  • Handson experience with elearning platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient with Google suite
  • Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Critical thinking and decision making
  • Knowledge of video creation is a plus
