Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist with daytoday operations and Identifying customer needs and helping customers to achieve satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure

resolution.

  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities like performance evaluations, etc.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and hands on in Outbound calls as well.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Meet customer service team TATs and targets and call handling quotas.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents including Data mining,
organizing.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Maintain a good CSAT

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
