- Assist with daytoday operations and Identifying customer needs and helping customers to achieve satisfaction.

- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and hands on in Outbound calls as well.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Meet customer service team TATs and targets and call handling quotas.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents including Data mining,
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Maintain a good CSAT
Job Types:
