Role:
Procurement Executive (IT Experience Mandatory)

Qualification:
Any Degree

Experience: 3 Years above

Proficiency in Tamil & English is Mandatory, and Malayalam & Hindi is preferable
The goal is to facilitate the team's activities to maximize their performance and solid and long-lasting development.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensure the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give sales support when requested.
  • Handle all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Good Knowledge about Tender Document Preparation & Submission
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
  • Order placed / negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
