Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the diverse learning needs of primary students.
  • Create a conducive learning environment that fosters student participation, critical thinking, and language acquisition.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and materials to enhance student understanding and proficiency in Hindi language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
  • Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and other relevant information.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and ideas for improving teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, concerns, and academic expectations.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on current educational trends, pedagogical approaches, and curriculum developments.
  • Uphold the values and ethos of the school, and actively contribute to the overall academic and cocurricular programs.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Hindi or related field from a recognized institution.
  • B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or D.Ed. (Diploma in Education) qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Proven experience in teaching Hindi language to primary students.
  • Strong command over Hindi language with excellent proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
  • Ability to effectively manage a classroom environment and engage students in meaningful learning activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional growth and development.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and pedagogical approaches suitable for primary education.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

Salary:
₹14, ₹17,000.00 per month
