Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the diverse learning needs of primary students.
Create a conducive learning environment that fosters student participation, critical thinking, and language acquisition.
Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and materials to enhance student understanding and proficiency in Hindi language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and other relevant information.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and ideas for improving teaching and learning outcomes.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, concerns, and academic expectations.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on current educational trends, pedagogical approaches, and curriculum developments.
Uphold the values and ethos of the school, and actively contribute to the overall academic and cocurricular programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hindi or related field from a recognized institution.
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or D.Ed. (Diploma in Education) qualification from a recognized institution.
Proven experience in teaching Hindi language to primary students.
Strong command over Hindi language with excellent proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
Ability to effectively manage a classroom environment and engage students in meaningful learning activities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional growth and development.
Knowledge of child development principles and pedagogical approaches suitable for primary education.
Ability to adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

Salary:
₹14, ₹17,000.00 per month
