Description
Contracting and Contract Management:
- **Will be responsible of reviewing conveyancing contracts and all other related documents as per the conveyancing process end to end and ensuring all the timelines are met. Contracting Associate will also be responsible for following the process/checklist laid out by the Client.
Deal Verification and Reconciliation:

Associate will be responsible for delivering revenue through contract creation, execution, management, and settlement

Verify deal information entered in SAP, Salesforce, CTS for accuracy and completeness
:

Reconcile deal details with supporting documentation and communication channels
:

Identify any discrepancies or inconsistencies in deal data and take necessary actions to address them
:
- **Generating and analyzing reports and all other activities in relation to data and reporting.
Primary Skills:
Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate with external and internal legal team, sales teams, and other relevant stakeholders to rectify discrepancies in deal information

- **Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on contract terms, pricing, and other deal specifics.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in conveyancing and contract management processes

- **Monitor conveyancing contract terms and conditions managing dates and obligations to ensure adherence to agreed-upon standards.
