Responsibilities:


Manual Testing

  • Deliver Program Test releases and Test Data Strategy, Automation Approach, and Test Environment Plans.
  • Simultaneously work on multiple initiatives across CIB DPS priorities
  • Build effective relationship with key Digital and Business strategy leads; whilst being able to effective challenge them to move DPS initiatives forward
  • Gathering, analyzing and synthesizing feedback from LOB interaction to help drive DPS initiatives
  • Partner closely with Operations, Technology and Product groups.
  • Work closely with Test manager and other stakeholders to deliver in line with Agile methodology
  • Should effectively do test planning including estimations, test execution, defect management in a proactive manner.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate reporting.
  • Able to gain and provide meaningful insight to project working group members on the specific focus areas
**Automation Testing & other tools

  • Should have an expertise in Selenium & Cucumber
  • Web UI Automation experience
  • Should be well versed and able to write Java code
  • Complete understanding of UI automation and components
  • Should be familiar with Keyword driven and Data driven automation framework
  • Should be able to write, run and maintain Automation scripts with automation expertise
  • Exposure to AngularJS UI is added advantage
  • Should be familiar of running automation in Continuous Integration & Development environment.
  • Working knowledge on data visualization and user tools like Tableau, Alteryx, QlickView, Xceptor, etc.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Metadata and Big data will be an added advantage.

  • Ability to quickly learn new concept
  • Ability to quickly derive patterns and insights from data and analysis
  • Ability to keep sight of the overall context of what they are working on and remain centred on answering the 'bigger' question
  • Works well individually as well as with the team, shares information, supports colleagues and staff.
  • Able to work comfortably & confidently under pressure and aggressive deadlines
  • Safe pair of hands keeps track of deliverables and proactively followups and provides updates. Does not need to be reminded or chased.

  • Well versed with test, requirement management tools like HP ALM, Jira

Qualification:


  • Post Graduate/ MBA (or Bachelor degree with at least 6+ years of relevant experience) preferred
  • Deep Project / Test Management exposure (minimum 4+ years)
