Assistant Manager / Mgr Production Zinc Plating for Fastener Company
Location Ludhiana
Salary 5 to 6 lcs per annum
A person should be the only fastener company
Process monitoring & modification in Zinc Plating process.
Assisting in monitoring the quality of manufactured products & raw materials through analysis of raw materials & products.
In line quality checks to ensure products conform to the product specifications.
Product & process development.
Consumption and waste control.
Production planning Chemical planning and purchase activities.
Manpower management
Coordination with maintenance team to reduce breakdown.
Maintain customer audit & certification audit requirements.
Maintain documentation as per ISO requirement.
Maintain the Quality management system, 5's and other requirements.
Handle all surface treatment process (Zinc plating, phosphateting, hot dip galvanizing & SS polishing process) as a team leader.
