Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Undertake sales targets for a certain region in primarily in Mumbai and ensure
- Make everyday visits to different retail stores in the defined territory.
- Should have an existing relationship with retail stores in Mumbai.
- Ensure in-store visibility of the brand is as per the guidelines set by the brand.
- Manage an existing network of stores by ensuring secondary sales at the retail
- 6.. Establish new relationships with distributors and retailers in Mumbai
- Ensure the stock fulfillment at the stores is done timely either by the distributor or

Requirements:
2-6 years of work experience.
- Prior work experience with a personal care brand is mandatory.
- Knowledge and strong understanding of retail markets in Mumbai.
- Willingness to hustle and get things done.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication i.e. English and Hindi.
- Comfortable speaking over the phone for multiple hours in the day.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Has interpersonal skills and a clientcentered approach.
