JOB DESCRIPTION:


Its 100 % Field job ,required bike and valid driving license.

Customer Visit and Repair

  • Get instructions from Manager about which customer home visits are planned for you and accordingly make arrangements
  • Receive material and make sure you have all the materials required before leaving for customer location.
  • Work on schedule and try to finish all installations within stipulated time.
  • Evaluate damages and select appropriate methods of repair and/or restoration for wood furniture, leather, fabric and upholstery
  • Recheck Goods Quantity before handing over your work. Make sure all fixtures are secured tightly at place and there are no loose nuts or screws. Make sure the finishing looks good and furniture is well balanced with no uneven legs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work area. Particularly be careful and remove any nails or sharp wooden scraps
  • Always maintain adequate supply of all the required materials and inform your supervisor about any shortages well in advance.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • If sent for Installation at customer's location Greet customer (With a smile) and if required to talk to customers talk politely.
  • Do not ask for or accept any favours from the customer.
  • If a customer gets angry/ annoyed then, handle the customer very calmly and update the senior most person present in the delivery team to handle the customer.
  • Thank the customer before you leave.

Coordination

  • Listen to any repair instructions given by the quality control inspector carefully. Do not assume that a defect is too small to be acted upon. Any defect no matter how small, if it can be rectified, must be rectified.
  • Do not try to pass on a small defect in a furniture you have already rectified. When brought to your notice work on the defect to rectify it as much as possible.

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
