Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Water & Wastewater Sector and lead & direct the development of water/wastewater Offerings / projects.
Ability to diagnose complex water and/or wastewater challenges and develop viable remedies / solutions.
Understand requirements and specifications for water projects.
Serve as technical expert in support of business development, proposal writing, and client interviews.
Contribute to asset development by creating POVs and POCs.
Support the sales team in responding to the RFPs for Water & Wastewater proposal.
Engage in conversation with Partners & Alliances on the collaboration opportunities for Water Utilities segment.
Participate and collaborate in client and project development activities while working on multidisciplinary consulting teams.
Conduct training and knowledge transition on various tools and systems of Water & Wastewater Sector.
Significantly contribute to the organization's reputation through such accomplishments as publishing thought leadership papers, Asset/Accelerator development, Training Module creation, Innovation in Accounts, and presentations to various Accounts, Business Units, Clients, Global Leaders, Partnership & Alliance.
Support Global E&U Initiatives aligning to Global E&U strategies and creating differentiators to enhance client CXO proximity.
