Job Details

Primary responsibilities include (not limited to):

Review customer documents
Resolve various alerts while conducting KYC
Activate new customer trading accounts
Transaction processing (withdrawals, transfers, deposits)
Provide assistance to customers with their KYC documentation through chat
Perform Back office operations, including withdrawals, transfers, deposits
Perform other assignments and tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements:

Fluent level of English (written & verbal)
Competency with PCs and common operating systems, browsers and Internet search
Prior experience conducting KYC, transaction processing and/or Back Office operations is preferred
Great attention to detail
Able to multitask and meet daily benchmarks/deadlines
Selfstarter and able to work with mínimal supervision
Previous chat support experience is considered as an advantage
Able to maintain confidentiality

Working days/hours:

Monday to Friday; Fully working from the office - Indiqube Alpine (Transit) 7th Floor, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Guindy Area - adjacent to Ekattuthangal Metro Station.
