Job Summary:


As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns across various digital channels.

Your primary goal is to drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies and a deep understanding of marketing analytics.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Campaign Management: Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and overall campaign performance.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on Investments
  • Audience Targeting: Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to reach and engage the right customers.

SEM:
Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to improve organic search visibility and integrate SEM strategies.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including content creators, designers, and product managers, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Stay Updated: Keep uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Excellent understanding of PPC, CPC, CPA, and other key digital marketing metrics.
  • Ability to create compelling ad copies and visually appealing creatives.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar is a plus.

Pay:
Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
