ASSISTANT VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Sorting the registration database (over 2500 applicants)
- Assist us in conducting the interviews in Jaipur
- Coordinate with the external partners like EventBot (Registration), Pratham Books (Outreach), etc.
- Schedule the departmentwise training and orientation sessions for the selected volunteers
- Onground management and coordination during the festival
SKILL SET-
- Should be a Graduate with Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and other basic communication platforms and organizational skills
Job Type:
Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
