    Description

    Job Description:
    -

    • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
    • Manage and oversee multiple projects, from scoping to execution, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
    • Communicate and present insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
    • Design and implement data analysis frameworks, methodologies, and best practices, using various tools and techniques.
    • Identify and explore new data sources, methods, and opportunities for innovation and improvement.
    • Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to support cross-functional initiatives and data needs.

    Qualifications:
    -

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science
    • At least 6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or consulting, preferably in a leadership role
    • Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language, such as Python, R,
    • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
