Description

The IT Quality Analyst 2 is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.

Responsibilities:

Working within agile scrum teams with a BDD approach and ensuring Insprint Functional Automation.
Responsibilities include software quality assurance planning, design & execution with high focus on Automation
Ensures consistency and quality of processes across the organization.
Exhibits indepth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of these elements in other areas.
Requires indepth understanding of how own area integrates within IT Quality.
Collaborates with local and global stakeholders like QA team, production support team, environment management team, DBA team, etc. to ensure project stability and productivity.
Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
Actively create, contribute and maintain team's automated test case suites
Review and provide feedback on highlevel automation requirements, business requirements, and testing artefacts

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Good Implementation knowledge and experience in Scaling test automation suite for diversified technology stake such as Java,
4+ years of experience in the field of Software Quality Assurance on payments domain with high focus on Automation and hands on experience in automation test script development using Java, Selenium, Cucumber,
Should have experience in delivery of large scale / enterprise level engagements
Good understanding of Clearing Systems, Cross Border transaction processing, Liquidity Maintenance & FX Processing.
Excellent working experience and deep understanding in processing SWIFT, PACS and PAIN messages.
Should be proficient with Requirement gathering and impact analysis.
Proficient in Automating API, UI, Backend, and end to end testing
Basic knowledge of database technologies (MySQL,etc.)
Good knowledge of Agile and indepth experience for test automation adoption in Agile environment.
Indepth understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle processes.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Strong, committed and reliable team player.
Experience in requirement reviews & able to identify, communicate and document discrepancies.
Understanding of QA within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
Understanding of Quality Processes
QA Experience in defining, designing & executing test cases
Demonstrated logical analysis skills, attention to detail and problem solving Proven ability to work to deadlines.
