Act as an expert for global rollout projects SourcetoPay.
Execute Fit/Gap analysis and Master Data Collection (Rollout Template).
Represent global standard in Fit/Gap Workshops and initiate deviation process/ approval where necessary.
Act as interface between GB, Purchasing, IT and other service departments.
Planning and coordination of tests, training and migration incl. know how transfer to support organization and operations.
Drive continuous improvement activities for related projects, processes and IT systems incl. Lessons Learned.

Job Description:

Act as process expert and consultuant for global rollout projects
Organize, execute project task
Implement processes (setup, testing, training, golive, support)
Improve processes, take part in the Buisiness Requirement Management
Mentoring and training new team members and ensuring their integration into the teamfinitiy towards processes & IT
Strong in project management or rollout experience
Strong interpersonal, communication and moderation skills
Passion to shape the future, openminded, team player
High willingness to travel (including overseas)

-
2-5 years of professional experience with managing challenging surroundings and customers, experience in IT- or change projects. Experience in S4/HANA implementation /roll out will be preferred

Qualifications:

Graduate/masters in computer science
