JOB PURPOSE
Provides administrative support to the PDP Dept and handle details of highly confidential and critical nature.


Responsibilities:
**- Calendar management, scheduling appointments/meetings including digital media for ROA region.

  • Plan and execute travel, events, conferences, public engagements
  • Update the travel expenses in the system.
  • Compile and collate periodic reports across India & RoA
  • Schedule and coordinate internal & external events/meetings and include preparation of presentation/speeches, taking MOM, followup, Maintain log for the meeting and necessary records, etc
  • Office Management office coordination, leadership meetings, management of International visitors, delegates etc
  • Assist in exigencies/crisis management
  • Miscellaneous and confidential activities around Business development, documentation, correspondence
  • Updating and maintaining the dashboard of the department
  • Plan and execute team building and other activities.
  • Onboarding of employees and Contractors
  • Training followup, ECM trainer
  • Inventory of assets/ software for department
  • Ensuring the communication with necessary intra departments
  • Helping project team on activities like formatting of documents and updating the presentation slides

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 34 years of relevant experience
  • Hands on with MS Office
