Job Title:

IT Solution Architect

Responsibilities/Duties:
(in brief)

Build secure solutions - writing requirements, testing and delivery. This includes working
across both new and legacy systems, across a mixture of client and internal technical projects
in order to support the wider business with their everyday functions.
Ensure compliance with agreed policies and processes, constantly ensuring alignment with
both client and Webhelp business objectives
Validate/QA technical solutions before handing over to client, including production of test
plans and guidance to other departments on test methodologies
Delivery to all technology and system related client hygiene factors to support future business
growth and assure client longevity
Maximise client, third party and supplier satisfaction through outstanding delivery
Deliver cost and business architecture to agreed objectives and to meet cost and quality
outcomes
Develop and support Webhelp systems architecture and infrastructure, engaging with the
wider IT teams and build action plans to deliver exceptional service.
