Description

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • To generate leads for admission by visiting or collaborating with nearby university and colleges.
  • To understand student needs / requirements and pitch a suitable program/course and clarify doubts of the students.
  • To counsel, interact with students and Parents.
  • Maintain detailed records of student interactions, including counselling sessions and academic plans.
  • To provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes, enrolment process or other procedures.

Skills & Requirement:


  • Previous Sales experience in educational institutions or similar fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of educational programs, courses, and academic requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must hold patience & empathy in dealing with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Travelling may be required for the events and activities.
  • Ability to empathize with students and parents to understand their individual needs and concerns.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher


Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
