_Responsibilities_

Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.

Excellent MS Office knowledge
-
3- 4 years of relevant experience.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Manage the calendars and set up meetings for the Country Manager
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Take minutes during meetings
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Preparing different documents & reports.
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Recording and filing documents and records
- Draft highlevel reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and events
- Coordinate with the office staff for collecting any kind of documents or reports.
Pay:
₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
