Description
1. Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with the organization's business goals. This includes defining customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies.


  • Oversee the CRM system's overall functionality, ensuring data accuracy, security, and seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Analyse customer data to gain insights into customer behaviours, preferences, and needs. Use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and enhance customer experiences.
  • Map and optimize the customer journey across all touchpoints and interactions with the company. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Implement personalized marketing and communication strategies based on customer data, ensuring relevant and timely interactions with customers.
  • Develop lead nurturing processes to convert prospects into customers and support the sales team in closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service departments to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to customer relationship management.
  • Monitor the performance of CRM initiatives, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports for management to assess the effectiveness of CRM strategies.
  • Implement methods to collect and analyse customer feedback to measure satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain high standards of data privacy and security in all CRM activities.
  • Provide training and support to CRM system users to enhance their understanding of CRM tools and best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate CRM processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, conduct market research, and analyse competitor activities to inform CRM strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies, loyalty programs, and customer advocacy initiatives to foster long-term customer loyalty and advocacy.

₹120, ₹180,000.00 per year
