We are hiring for Accounts Executive for a Manufacturing Industry

Location :
Thirmazhisai, Chennai

Experience : - 8 years

Salary :
upto 3 Lakhs per annum

Account maintenance of every day's financial transaction.

Petty Cash Management

Coordinating with Auditor for accounts finalization and IT filing

Reconciliation of bank statements, debtors and creditors accounts.

Timely closure of books of accounts on monthly and annual basis.

Supervision of day to day accounting and payments.

Maintaining books of accounts in Tally.

Processing monthly payrolls and preparing salary statements.

Preparing invoices and track receivables and payables.

Preparation of various MIS Report

Auditing all Purchases Invoice with PO

Processing statutory payments like TDS/ESI, EPF, advance tax, and GST payments

Submitting Stock statement to Banks on monthly basis

Preparing ageing reports of Creditors and Debtors on weekly basis.

Preparing the Profit and loss account for monthly basis.

Salary:
₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
