**Criteria:
- **Any Graduate with 1+ years of experience in Sales-support/customer service

**Job Profile:
- **To manage the complete order management life-cycle, ensure excellent services to the customers, coordination activities from plant location, communication with sales & other concern departments, management of customer relationship, and support sales team to achieve targets for the region.


Technical Skills:


  • Strong technical background
  • Good understanding about the commercial aspect of business
  • Providing presales & postsales support
  • Analytical: enjoys and is good at working with numbers and solving problem
  • Prepare quotations, sales reports
  • Provide product & service information & advice

Responsibilities:


  • Order processing in system keeping in view production schedule, material availability
  • Coordination with Sales, Production planning, Logistics, Accounts department in line with market requirements, inventory, forecast, and production schedule, dispatches, customer financials to ensure customer delight
  • Assist organization in achieving business targets.
  • To anticipate and deliver on customer needs & develop a long term business relationship with customers.
  • New product promotion and market feedback to management for better sales strategies.
  • Own and resolve customer grievances in a timely manner.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer's' requests.
