Experience:


  • Total experience:
  • 3 years of experience in customer facing role or services.
  • Minimum experience:
  • 12 years of Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in a BPO environment.

Education:

  • Diploma or any graduate

Eligibility:

  • Only Females

Skillset:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office

**JOB TYPE:

  • FULL TIME**Profile introduction:
  • We are seeking a dynamic and customer
  • focused individual to join our team as a Call Center / BPO Executive. As a vital part of our customer service operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer queries and concerns promptly and accurately.
  • Provide information about products/services, resolve productrelated issues, and offer solutions to customer problems.
  • Document all interactions, ensuring comprehensive and accurate records of customer inquiries and transactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to meet and exceed customer service targets.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products/services to assist customers effectively.

Requirements:


  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a customercentric approach to handling inquiries and complaints.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools/systems.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Languages:
  • English, Hindi, Marathi.

Salary:

₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
