Responsibilities:


  • Be the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Address customer concerns promptly through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve customer problems efficiently.
  • Record interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Provide product information and assist in decisionmaking.
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction after resolutions.
  • Gather feedback and contribute to service improvements.
  • Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends.
  • Handle escalated issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Participate in training and engage in customer engagement efforts.

Requirements:


  • Possess excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Show empathy, patience, and diplomacy in customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and multitasking abilities.
  • Maintain organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adapt well to fastpaced and changing environments.

  • Flexibility for shift work, including weekends if necessary.
