Job Title: 3D Visualizer
McLine Studios is a leading architectural firm that designs and delivers innovative and sustainable architectural projects.

We are seeking a talented 3D Visualizer with at least 2 years of experience in Architectural renderings to join our team.

The 3D Visualizer will work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to develop high-quality visualization of proposed designs and projects.

As a 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for creating accurate and photorealistic 3D models and renderings of architectural designs.


Responsibilities:


  • Create highquality and accurate 3D renderings of proposed architectural designs.
  • Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure visualizations accurately represent proposed designs.
  • Develop 3D animations and walkthroughs of proposed designs for use in marketing materials and presentations.
  • Make revisions to visualizations as necessary to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all deliverables meet quality and accuracy standards.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest 3D Visualization software and techniques to ensure that our visualizations remain cuttingedge.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Architecture and 3D Visualization.
  • Proficiency in 3D visualization software such as 3Ds Max or similar software.
  • Strong knowledge of rendering techniques, lighting, and animation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
