Responsibilities:

Content Creation:Develop high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. Craft creative and compelling copy that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice. Generate content for various formats, such as posts, captions, infographics, videos, and blogs.

Content Calendar Development:Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive content calendars that align with campaign objectives and overall marketing strategies. Ensure consistent posting schedules and relevant content themes that drive engagement and awareness.

Campaign Planning:Contribute to campaign planning by brainstorming ideas, suggesting content concepts, and creating content that aligns with campaign goals. Collaborate with the team to integrate content into larger marketing campaigns seamlessly.

Social Media Trends:Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective. Incorporate trending topics and hashtags strategically to maximize visibility.

Research and Analysis:Conduct research to gather insights and data relevant to content creation and campaign planning. Analyze the performance of content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse content creation across social media platforms(preferred but not mandatory, freshers also can apply).

Skills:Excellent command of the English & Bengali language with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities. Creativity and the ability to develop fresh and engaging content concepts. Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Software Proficiency:Proficient in content creation tools, and social media scheduling platforms.

Collaboration:Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Adaptability:Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
