Description
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into various databases and maintain accurate records
- File and organize documents as needed
- Transcribe information from source documents into electronic format
- Perform data verification and quality control checks
- Generate reports and pivot tables to summarize data
- Conduct order entry and ensure accuracy of information
Qualifications:
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using databases and data entry software
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office equipment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
