We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Call Representative to join our sales team.
As a Sales Call Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective students and businesses over the phone, promoting our summer training programs and e-commerce services.
You will play a crucial role in generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.-
Key Responsibilities:_
Outbound Sales Calls:
l Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective students and businesses.
l Introduce and explain the benefits of our summer training programs and e-commerce services.
l Identify the needs and goals of potential clients and tailor your pitch accordingly.
Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
l Follow up with leads promptly to ensure a high conversion rate.
l Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and manage follow-up communication.
Sales Presentations:
l Provide detailed information about our training programs and e-commerce services.
l Schedule and conduct virtual presentations or meetings as needed.
l Address any questions or concerns potential clients may have.
Customer Relationship Management:
l Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
l Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
l Update and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve Sales Targets:
l Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
l Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to the sales manager.

Qualifications:_
l
Proven experience in sales.
l
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.(Hindi, English,Punjabi)
l
Ability to understand and address clients' needs effectively.
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Morning
Shift:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM ( including 1 hr Break time)
Evening Shift : 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM ( including 1 hr Break Time)
How to Apply:
Pay:
₹8, ₹18,000.00 per month
