Responsibilities:_

Conduct Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly to ensure accuracy between company records and bank statements.
Perform account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial data and resolve discrepancies.
Utilize Excel for report generation, including financial statements, expense reports, and other relevant documents.
Manage TDS compliance, including deduction, deposit, filing returns, and issuing TDS certificates.
Ensure adherence to GST regulations, including timely filing of returns and compliance with input tax credit rules.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather expense data, analyze spending patterns, and identify costsaving opportunities.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of financial transactions.
Maintain a tracker of due payments to vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely submission to avoid late fees or penalties.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather information on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding payment status and resolve any paymentrelated queries.
Proactively follow up on overdue payments and initiate necessary actions for collections.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to payment processing and approval.
Generate reports on payment status, outstanding balances, and aging analysis for management review.
