Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience: Freshers are also welcome JOB Description:- Maintain good 5S activities.
- Process & final inspection of dies & tooling.
- Verify & confirm the die inspection formats with latest revision of drawing
- Confirm the calibrations of checking instruments by calibration stickers.
- Carry out the required all visual inspections & report it.
- Report timely the non-conformities to the concern shift supervisors/Incharge.
- Processing dies & tooling as per given planning.
- Take necessary steps to reduce the die processing time.
- Follow & implement TCR comments every time.
- Provide proper input to all concern persons.
- Initiate suitable corrective action regarding the tooling.
- Take care of safety & in case of an emergency;
- Identify the training needs of the operators.
- Provide required training to all operators.
- To attend forge shop complaints regarding tooling.
- Maintain the 100% identification & traceability of dies & tooling.
- Monitor shift change over time.
- Give proper feedback to seniors related to the improvements
