Location:
Anekal Site office
- Handling Front office responsibilities with Good telephone manners
- Attending incoming & outgoing calls and maintaining the register
- Managing all front desk operations and general office administration
- Basic HR activities & employees attendance report on a daily basis
- Maintain records Couriers, Letters, Parcels and office maintenance.
- Maintain Facilities, House keeping and Stationary Records
- Preparation of travel itinerary, ticketing, accommodation etc
- Handling clients both over the phone and their visits to Office.
- Coordinate with various functional heads like Media, Finance, Operations and HR
- Assist in the planning and preparation for meetings and conference calls.
- Sound interpersonal and communications skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of internal and external clients
- Ability to organise and manage oneself, and to plan & prioritise a range of tasks.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports as required by the management
- Excellent English communication skills

Bangalore (Anekal)
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
