Position:
Health Care AssistantOpenings: 6 (1 male, 5 female)
Shift Timings:
6:30 am - 3:00 pm
2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
10.30 pm - 7:00 am (Male Caller)
Location:
NAMAHA HOSPITAL
S V Road, Kandivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400067
Immediate Joining:
Background and Expertise:
Health care or Hospital background preferred.
Proficiency in hospital OPD operations, appointment booking on Calls, and health check-up package details, and hospital terminology.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field is mandatory.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask efficiently.
Proficient in handling customer queries and concerns.
Maintains a calm and composed demeanour, especially in high-pressure situations.
Education:
Graduation or equivalent.
