Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee the production process, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards and meeting safety regulations
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure smooth production operations
  • Train and supervise production staff, including machine operators, assemblers, and other production workers
  • Schedule and plan production activities to meet customer demand and optimize production efficiency
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement department to ensure adequate supplies are available to support production
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to production processes, quality control, and safety
  • Identify and troubleshoot production problems, working with other departments to develop solutions and prevent future issues
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports, and communicate production results to management

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent, technical certification or degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
  • Knowledge of production processes and equipment, as well as quality control and safety regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work well under pressure

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
