- Auction Schedule / Event Planning
- Execution &To ensure smooth back end operations in terms of pre auction and post auction activities and working towards customer satisfaction.
- Support to Sales
- Advertisement, Process Improvement
- Create internal MIS on Auction Results, Auction Values.
- Bidder Registration / Database
- Client Registration / KYC
- Bidder Subscription
- Software Up gradation as per requirement
- Software Issues / Internet Issues
- Bidder Complaints, Client Complaints
- ISO
- Generation of Invoices & Payment Collection
- Tender Filing
- PS Auction coordination
