*Job Description: Counselor**Responsibilities: - Engage with potential students to understand their educational needs and goals.

  • Provide accurate information about our courses, programs, and educational services.
  • Counsel and guide students in selecting the right educational options based on their interests and career objectives.
  • Assist students through the enrollment process, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets through effective counseling and persuasion techniques.
  • Maintain detailed records of student interactions and transactions.
*Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Previous experience in counseling or sales, particularly in the education sector, is preferred.
  • Graduation is mandatory; MBA qualification is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customercentric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service.
*Salary and Benefits: - Salary range: ₹2.5 to ₹3.5 Lakhs per annum (LPA) + incentives.
