We are hiring for Post Sales Profile for Real Estate organization.
We require post sales background from real estate sector.


3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a mandatory background in Real Estate, Collaborate with other internal functions to address critical customer queries and concerns.

Foster effective communication and coordination to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Execute tasks related to postsales activities up to the handover stage.
  • Demonstrate significant experience in giving possession and handing over residential flats.
  • Stay responsible for providing regular project updates to customers.
  • Issue timely payment reminders and manage paymentrelated matters.
  • Address cancellations and oversee complaint resolution processes.
